Nobody like it. It feels like they do this <\/span><span class=\"adverb\"><span data-offset-key=\"93di3-2-0\">deliberately<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"93di3-3-0\">. It could be almost depressing, when you happy with last resolved issue. And they smack you down to the ground mentioning about other urgent things to fix.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7cl61\" data-offset-key=\"7sgbj-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"7sgbj-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"7sgbj-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7cl61\" data-offset-key=\"osl6-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"osl6-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"osl6-0-0\">Nothing unusual that developers &amp; testers (quality-assurance, QA) have hard relation. We are creators, who try to please them on everyday. It&#8217;s exhausting. And yet, they often come to us and complain even more.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7cl61\" data-offset-key=\"eovuc-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"eovuc-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"eovuc-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7cl61\" data-offset-key=\"1vqil-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"1vqil-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"1vqil-0-0\">But we should remember that there is great value in such hard relation. In the first sight it is not motivating that they find new bugs. But they are there to find all whats wrong with your application or game. To know what are not good. To know what need to <\/span><span class=\"passivevoice\"><span data-offset-key=\"1vqil-1-0\">be done<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"1vqil-2-0\"> better. So the software become much better for end users. Because they see our creation from other side, they spot flaws much faster than we. And this is also good.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7cl61\" data-offset-key=\"9pb7v-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"9pb7v-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"9pb7v-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7cl61\" data-offset-key=\"fikm3-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"fikm3-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"fikm3-0-0\">Good testers also could provide some hint, or even solutions to issues. Because often they understand better users, they could bring valuable insights.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7cl61\" data-offset-key=\"a07kc-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"a07kc-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"a07kc-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7cl61\" data-offset-key=\"3fl2t-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"3fl2t-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"3fl2t-0-0\">So be good to your fellow tester.
