Excellence, then, is not an act,\u00a0but a habit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I started looking for <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Emergence\">emergent<\/a> habits, which gives most with minimal effort.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>And this what I find out:<br \/>\n&#8211; meditation<br \/>\n&#8211; running<br \/>\n&#8211; reading<br \/>\n&#8211; writing<\/p>\n<p>You may question why? Here are some answers.<\/p>\n<h2>Meditation<\/h2>\n<p>Andy Puddicombe in his TED talk &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=qzR62JJCMBQ\">All it takes is 10 mindful minutes<\/a>&#8221; (just 9 minutes video). Gives awareness, priceless feel of being here and now. More focus and understading of yourself. <strong>For just 10 minutes per day your life in every part will be better forever<\/strong>. It&#8217;s also important, because <a href=\"http:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/quotes\/50584-your-beliefs-become-your-thoughts-your-thoughts-become-your-words\">our thoughts becomes our destiny<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Running<\/h2>\n<p>Christopher McDougall in &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ted.com\/talks\/christopher_mcdougall_are_we_born_to_run\/transcript?language=en#t-648154\">Are we born to run?<\/a>&#8221; convincing us that humans are best creature on the\u00a0Earth at it. It could be one of secret\u00a0survival of our\u00a0species. You could exercise anywhere, with no money. <strong>Running improves our health, prevent disease so we can live longer<\/strong>. It keeps us in shape, boost confidence, and such us meditation, relive stress and eliminate depression.<\/p>\n<h2>Reading<\/h2>\n<p>It&#8217;s a thing, that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/rich-people-like-to-read-2015-8?IR=T\">self-made millionaire have in common<\/a>\u00a0and all highly successful people do. They rather educate themselfes in free time, than entertain (or better to said that, <strong>education becomes to them form of entertainment<\/strong> ;))<\/p>\n<h2>Writting (taking notes, sketches)<\/h2>\n<p>This is the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.transformingadjustments.com\/success\/2015\/5\/31\/how-to-think-like-leonardo-da-vinci\">habit of geniuses<\/a>, like Leonardo da Vinci. It&#8217;s also connected sharing valuable experiences with others (via this blog for example ;)).
